If so, Bushey St James Trust (BSJT) are looking to appoint an extraordinary HR Manager to lead on all aspects of HR within our innovative multi-academy Trust, currently consisting of two schools.  The successful applicant will join a committed team of staff responsible for managing the day-to-day HR administration of employee life, and will provide advice to the Executive Principal, Headteacher and wider teams across the Trust.

This role will be based at Bushey Meads School, working closely with the Executive Principal and Headteacher to develop an HR strategy for the Trust moving forward.  The HR Manager will provide HR support and coaching to line managers across the Trust, as well as leading on recruitment, absence management, HR policy and managing HR information.

Applicants will have a strong, professional knowledge of HR and hold, or be working towards, a CIPD qualification or equivalent.  The successful applicant will be a confident HR Generalist, able to lead a team to provide an exceptional HR service for the Trust.  Experience in an educational environment would be beneficial.
