Bushey Meads School PE and Health Faculty

It has been a very busy start to the term for the PE and Health Faculty with lunchtime and after school clubs and fixtures being very well attended by students. A reminder to all students that participation in sports clubs which are for ALL students leads to the award of SPORTS CREDITS. The government recommendation is for all children to do a minimum of 1 hours physical activity per day and we are keen for as many students as possible to take advantage of the clubs on offer. A full list of clubs is shown on the display screen in the canteen and on the PE notice boards in the PE lobby and the canteen.

Competitive sport has also begun and this week saw wins for the Year 7,9 and 6th form football teams. The newsletter will include regular reports on school sports events and on health related matters in the school.
