Executive Principal’s Blog – 2 April 2015

As we draw to the close of another extremely busy and successful term at Bushey Meads School, I would like to thank all the dedicated and hardworking staff for their ongoing commitment to all the students here in our wonderful learning community. So many of them really do go ‘the extra mile’. Even during the Easter holidays many staff are giving up their time to lead important revision sessions for our Year 11 and Sixth Form students to prepare them as thoroughly as possible for their forthcoming GCSE, AS and A2 examinations.

As parents you also play your part and it was lovely to see so many of you attend our hugely important Year 11 Raising Achievement Evening on Tuesday of this week. Hearing so many useful tips and all the excellent practical advice from our very experienced Heads of English, Maths and Science and leaving with the pack of resources to support your child’s revision – right up until their last exam, will make a real difference over the next few weeks. We hope the free revision resources given out also help and support you as parents at this crucial time.

Many thanks once again for the key part that you as parents and carers play in supporting the students of Bushey Meads School to achieve their potential. With best wishes for a happy and productive holiday and click on the link to read about all the latest BMS News…
