Executive Principal’s Blog – 19 June 2015

I would like to thank all students, staff and parents who took part in the recent consultation process as we consider possible changes to our school day from September 2015. Your views are important to us and the Senior Leadership Team will be considering them all very carefully during next week. We are hoping to make a final decision about whether any changes will be made by next Friday 26th June.

As the public examinations for Key Stage 4 and 5 students draw to a close I would like to thank all students for their hard work and exemplary behaviour during the examination season. I would also like to pay tribute to all the parents and carers who have supported and encouraged them at this crucial time.

A huge thank you must also go to all the very dedicated school staff at Bushey Meads who really have gone the extra mile with their teaching, targeted revision sessions, after school and weekend classes and provision of all the key revision materials and access to on line learning platforms. So many students, parents and carers have really appreciated what they have done to support at this really important time. We do wish all of our students the very best as we wait for the results to arrive in August.

As usual do click on the link and enjoy reading more of this week’s BMS News……..
