Executive Principal’s Blog – 12 February 2015

It has been an amazing week at Bushey Meads School and this year’s production of Les Miserable has been quite simply outstanding. As we wait with anticipation for the final performance tonight, I would like to congratulate Mr Cox the Director for all his hard work, creative talent and inspirational commitment to the students of the school and for achieving, from all accounts, an all-time high in the history of BMS productions.

Many staff, parents and friends of the school were at times moved to tears by the breathtaking vocal renditions and exemplary standards achieved by all members of both casts – but in particular by the stunning lead performers.

As always, behind any successful production there were a whole host of dedicated staff and students working hard to ensure that the front of house, musicians, back stage and technical crew ran smoothly and grateful thanks goes to all involved. It was a truly amazing show and one that has made our whole school community very proud. It will live for a long time in our memories – thank you and congratulations to you all.
